How It Works
order your card
Choose Card Only for $25 and supply your existing destination link, or Card + Profile from $45 upfront with one of six profile templates. Card + Profile includes the first month of hosting, then $5/month per hosted profile.
complete your setup
Use the setup link in your order confirmation email. Submit once for each physical card or profile, using the order number and checkout email. The monthly hosting line does not need an additional submission.
review and approve
For Card + Profile, we check your requested Taply URL, build the profile from your selected template, and send you a preview. Review the information, links, and images, then reply with your approval or requested corrections. Card Only customers confirm their existing destination URL.
we program and test
After your profile is approved, we program your card to the final URL and test it. Your QR code uses the same destination.
we ship
Shipping is the final step. You receive a card that is already programmed and ready to use.
Most orders are prepared within 14 business days after payment and all required setup information are received. For Card + Profile, you approve the website preview before we program and ship the card. Waiting for approval or requested revisions can extend that timing. Carrier delivery time is additional.
keep your profile current
With active hosting, email hello@taply.cards for standard profile updates. You can cancel the recurring service; your profile remains active through the end of the paid service period and is then taken offline. Card Only has no monthly Taply hosting fee.
